Preschool Program
Ages 3 - 5
We at Farmstead Preschool believe that play is the work of the child. This is reflected in the activities we choose for both our large and small group times. We emphasize students’ behavior in working and playing together as a major goal of our program. We believe in a balance between academics and learning through experience.
Children in the preschool program need to be potty-trained.
Large and small group activites
Your preschool child (3, 4, & 5 year olds) will be part of a large group as well as part of a small group with children of similar ages. They will spend time in both small and large group activities.
The Preschool program meets Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00 – 11:30 am OR 12:30 – 3:00 pm. Our 5 Day Pre-K students also attend additional Wednesday and Friday sessions.
